Unsure What to Expect?

Your First Appointment, Step-by-Step

First, you’ll complete a short intake form, followed by a one-on-one consultation and examination with your practitioner.

1. Initial Examination

Your first visit begins with a conversation about your health history, symptoms, and goals. Your practitioner will then perform a physical exam and, if needed, recommend imaging such as X-rays or MRI. Based on these findings, we’ll work to identify the root cause of your issue and outline the most effective path forward.

2. Report of Findings

After the exam, your practitioner will review the results with you in clear, simple terms. You’ll gain a better understanding of your condition — what’s causing it, how it impacts your body, and what steps can be taken to correct it.

3. Treatment Recommendation

Finally, we’ll create a personalised care plan designed to support your recovery and long-term wellness. Your treatment may include regular adjustments, at-home stretches, lifestyle advice, and guidance on posture or nutrition — everything you need to help feel your best again.
