Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is required. You can book directly for chiropractic care, massage, or acupuncture at any time. The only exception is if you’d like to use a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, which your GP arranges.
Can I claim private health on the spot?
Yes. We’re partnered with HealthPoint, so bring your member card and you’ll only pay the gap on the day.
