Ben heads our Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture service, and has been part of True Health since 2008. His practice blends the ancient framework of Chinese medicine with a thoroughly modern, evidence-informed approach to patient care.

Ben has particular experience supporting patients through fertility and IVF journeys, and in the management of anxiety, muscular tension and pain. Patients often tell us his sessions are the calmest hour of their week — which makes sense from a practitioner who spends his own downtime in meditation and qi gong.
