Anna joined True Health in 2019, and in her own words, helping a person in pain makes her day. Her specialties are deep tissue massage and manual lymphatic drainage — a gentle technique for reducing swelling and fluid retention that has become one of the most requested treatments in the clinic.

Anna speaks Polish and Portuguese as well as English, so patients can be treated in the language they’re most comfortable in.
