Adam has been working bodies back into shape at True Health since 2012. A sports therapy specialist, he’s the therapist our runners, gym-goers and weekend warriors ask for by name — but his skills go well beyond the sporting field.

His treatment focus covers lower back pain, chronic lower leg and foot pain, shoulder injuries and headaches, with a knack for finding the source of a problem rather than just chasing the symptom.

A sports lover through and through, Adam spends his spare time hiking, exercising, eating well and — when he’s earned it — chilling in front of the TV. He’s cast Mark Wahlberg in the role of Adam Raponi.
