Welcome To True Health

Let us help you achieve true health, naturally!

At True Health, we believe that natural healing allows you to not only be well and free from illness, but to be healthy. We believe in treating you as a person, not an illness or a collection of signs and symptoms. And we believe that getting healthy can be fun (we’re not drill sergeants – where’s the fun in that?).

Our fully qualified practitioners don’t wear white coats and we won’t overwhelm you with confusing medical jargon; instead, we will explain how we can help to get the best results for your body in easy-to-understand terms.

Our treatments go beyond prescription medications that target illness and disease; while these absolutely should not be discarded, we believe being healthy involves so much more. It’s all about finding a balance – physically, mentally and emotionally.

We’re simply here to help you to become the best you that you can be.

Dr Katelyn Jacka

Founder, Director, Principal Chiropractor

What we do

Ten practitioners. Three modalities.
One True Health.

Chiropractic is a manual form of medicine that focuses on your spine and nervous system – the master control system of your body, comprising your brain, sense organs, spinal cord and the nerves that branch throughout your entire body.

Perhaps the oldest form of healing known to man, massage involves using pressure, friction, vibration and stretching to relieve stress and tension in muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, skin and connective tissue.

Acupuncture/Traditional Chinese Medicine

Acupuncture is a natural and increasingly popular form of health care that can help in the management of a wide range of ailments, as well as assisting in the prevention of illness.

Gift Vouchers

Looking for the perfect gift for someone special? Can’t think of what to get somebody who seems to have everything? Why not give them the gift of True Health? Gift vouchers are now available so why not treat the ones you love with a treatment?
